Diced Tomato Substitute

Hello everyone! I returned after an absence not only blog but Web and 'information in general a little vacation of the mind that makes me feel now more relaxed and polished.
' s summer is now at the end; although here the days are still very beautiful and warm the first signs of 'autumn begin to be felt: the' fresh air in the morning, the fruit trees in summer (apricots, plums, cherries) and start undressing while they are in full splendor of the autumn (persimmon, apple, kiwi, chestnut), others are the smells and colors around us, it is one of the periods of 'year that I really like the merging of two seasons gives us the best of each and gently, at our own pace and nature of those changes.

' s summer has been quite generous with us, even though the 'far above average moisture and days without sun have delayed a bit' our work:

peproncini i am really late with the maturation

's drying herbs has been slow especially basil, one of the plants that have more problems in the presence of humid climate, if not properly dried the leaves turn brown.

The OleOle Lavender, Calendula, Hypericum, Helichrysum and Chamomile, as well as steeped in hydroalcoholic were filtered in the laboratory and there is a set of colors and scents for stimulating the eyes and nostrils

We also enjoyed the 'fruits of their labor that are now delicious jams

and tasty sauce tomatoes for our pantry Winter

abbimo Finally did some walking in the mountains with friends, enjoying the magnificent view and seen to 'work our little hikers

This was our summer, definitely hard but also full of pleasant moments. See you soon
